Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based therapy that helps reduce the emotional distress connected to trauma, anxiety, OCD, grief, and other difficult experiences. ART uses guided eye movements to help your brain process painful memories without requiring you to repeatedly talk through the details.

I offer private-pay therapy sessions. If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact me with any questions about fees or payment options.

Individual 50-minute sessions are $150. Couples 50-minute sessions are $175. I also offer 75-minute ART intensives for $200.
