You don't have to keep holding it all together
Maybe you're the person everyone relies on. You get things done, show up for others, and hold yourself to high standards. But underneath the surface, you may be dealing with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, overthinking, or the feeling that your mind never really turns off.
Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand what's keeping you stuck, and begin creating meaningful change.
OCD therapy that helps you step out of the cycle
OCD can make unwanted thoughts feel urgent, meaningful, or impossible to ignore. You may find yourself seeking reassurance, checking, avoiding situations, mentally reviewing, or trying to achieve complete certainty.
Jessica provides individualized therapy for OCD and intrusive thoughts. Treatment may incorporate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
The goal isn't to control every thought. It's to change your relationship with thoughts and uncertainty so OCD has less control over your life.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Your Past Doesn’t Have to Define Your Present
Sometimes, knowing something happened in the past isn’t enough to stop your mind and body from reacting to it in the present. You may understand that you’re safe now, yet still feel stuck in painful memories, anxiety, fear, or emotional patterns that seem difficult to shake.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a therapeutic approach that can help you process distressing memories and experiences in a different way. Using guided imagery, relaxation, and specific eye movements, ART helps you work with the emotional and sensory parts of difficult experiences so they can feel less overwhelming.
ART can be helpful for people struggling with trauma, anxiety, phobias, grief, and other experiences that continue to affect their day-to-day lives.
Rather than repeatedly retelling every detail of what happened, ART focuses on helping you change the way your brain and body respond to the experience. You remain in control throughout the process, and we move at a pace that feels manageable for you.
You don’t have to erase your past to move forward. Sometimes, healing means changing the way your past lives in you.
Investing in your well-being
Private-pay therapy is an investment in yourself and your well-being. Individual 55-minute sessions are $175, with ART intensives also available. Care is personalized, flexible, and focused on your goals—not insurance requirements. Superbills are available for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
