Services
Starting therapy can bring a mix of hope, uncertainty, and vulnerability—especially if you're accustomed to carrying life's challenges on your own. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and personalized experience where you feel comfortable, understood, and empowered from the very first conversation. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to provide a space where you can explore your concerns, build insight, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
If you're considering taking the next step, I invite you to reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation or your first appointment. I'm happy to answer any questions, discuss your goals, determine whether we're a good fit, and guide you through the process so you know what to expect.
My office is conveniently located in Maitland, Florida, and I also provide virtual therapy services for clients throughout Florida. If you plan to use insurance, please review my Headway profile to confirm whether I am currently in-network with your plan. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey toward greater well-being.
Consultation
Not sure if therapy with me is the right fit? Let’s find out—fast. Book a 15-minute phone consultation: a no-pressure, friendly check-in where we’ll briefly go over what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to change, and how I work. I’ll answer your questions, explain my approach, and we’ll see whether we click enough to move forward together. Think of it as a meet and greet for your mental health—short, honest, and low-stakes. If we’re a good match, we’ll schedule a full session; if not, you’ll leave with clarity and one less thing on your to-do list.
Individual Sessions
$175
Therapy with me is more than just talking about your week—it’s a deeper, collaborative process designed to create meaningful emotional change. I integrate evidence-based approaches like ART, IFS, mindfulness, and nervous system-focused work to help you better understand yourself, regulate overwhelm, and shift long-standing patterns rooted in anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, or burnout. Together, we explore not only your thoughts, but also the emotional and physical experiences that keep you feeling stuck. Standard individual sessions are 50 minutes in length.
My goal is to help you develop a calmer nervous system, more compassionate inner dialogue, clearer boundaries, and a stronger connection to yourself and the life you want to build.
90 Minute Accelerated Resolution Therapy Intensive
$275
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Intensives are designed to help you process trauma, grief, anxiety, painful memories, and emotionally “stuck” experiences in a deeper and more focused way. Rather than spreading treatment across traditional weekly sessions, a 90-minute ART intensive creates space for meaningful processing, nervous system regulation, and faster emotional relief within a single extended session.
ART can be especially helpful for individuals struggling with unresolved trauma, grief, intrusive memories, recurring distress, phobias, or emotional overwhelm that continues to impact daily life. Intensives are also ideal for high-functioning professionals, caregivers, and busy individuals who want effective, focused support without committing to multiple weekly appointments.
Couples Sessions
$200
Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of connection, comfort, and support, but when communication breaks down, conflict feels repetitive, or emotional distance grows, they can also become a source of stress, exhaustion, and pain. Couples counseling offers a supportive space to slow down, better understand one another, and begin shifting the patterns that leave you feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or stuck.
I work with couples who want to improve communication, strengthen emotional intimacy, navigate life transitions, rebuild trust, or repair after ongoing conflict. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, helping both partners feel heard while identifying the deeper emotional dynamics beneath recurring arguments and tension. Together, we focus on creating healthier communication, increased emotional safety, and a stronger foundation for connection.
The therapeutic process typically begins with joint sessions so I can gain a deeper understanding of the relationship dynamics, shared concerns, and goals for therapy. As treatment progresses, individual sessions may also be incorporated when clinically appropriate to provide space for each partner to explore personal experiences, emotional patterns, and individual contributions to the relationship. This blended approach allows for a more comprehensive and thoughtful treatment process while maintaining focus on the relationship as a whole.
Couples therapy is offered as a private-pay service to allow for a more personalized and confidential experience without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies. This creates greater flexibility in treatment planning, session structure, and therapeutic focus while helping protect your privacy and relationship concerns from becoming part of a permanent insurance record.
