Meet Jessica

A woman with long, wavy brown hair and blue eyes, smiling, wearing a gray textured sweater against a neutral background.

I'm Jessica Richardson, LMHC, NCC, a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor with over 10 years of counseling experience. I believe therapy should feel both safe and purposeful—a space where you feel understood while also gaining practical tools to create meaningful change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized, incorporating evidence-based strategies based on your needs and goals. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, trauma, perfectionism, and chronic stress, and may incorporate approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).

I'm particularly passionate about working with people who are used to being the strong one—the high-achiever, the helper, the perfectionist, or the person everyone else turns to. Therapy can be a place where you don't have to have everything figured out or hold everything together on your own.
