A space that’s built around you
My practice is designed to provide individualized care without a one-size-fits-all approach.
Individualized, evidence-informed therapy tailored to each client’s needs and aligned with their specific treatment goals is provided. Sessions draw on Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and research-supported approaches to ensure efficient, targeted relief from trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and related symptoms. Treatment plans are collaboratively developed and regularly reviewed to reflect progress, preferences, and changing goals. In-person therapy is available in Maitland. Virtual therapy is available for eligible clients throughout Florida.

Not sure if therapy with me is the right fit? Let’s find out—fast. Book a 15-minute phone consultation: a no-pressure, friendly check-in where we’ll briefly go over what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping to change, and how I work. I’ll answer your questions, explain my approach, and we’ll see whether we click enough to move forward together. Think of it as a meet and greet for your mental health—short, honest, and low-stakes. If we’re a good match, we’ll schedule a full session; if not, you’ll leave with clarity and one less thing on your to-do list.

Therapy with me is more than just talking about your week—it’s a deeper, collaborative process designed to create meaningful emotional change. I integrate evidence-based approaches like ART, ERP, IFS, mindfulness, and nervous system-focused work to help you better understand yourself, regulate overwhelm, and shift long-standing patterns rooted in anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, or burnout. Together, we explore not only your thoughts, but also the emotional and physical experiences that keep you feeling stuck. Standard individual sessions are 55 minutes in length.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Intensives are designed to help you process trauma, grief, anxiety, painful memories, and emotionally “stuck” experiences in a deeper and more focused way. Rather than spreading treatment across traditional weekly sessions, a 75-minute ART intensive creates space for meaningful processing, nervous system regulation, and faster emotional relief within a single extended session.
ART can be especially helpful for individuals struggling with unresolved trauma, grief, intrusive memories, recurring distress, phobias, or emotional overwhelm that continues to impact daily life. Intensives are also ideal for high-functioning professionals, caregivers, and busy individuals who want effective, focused support without committing to multiple weekly appointments. Sessions are 75 minutes in length.
